How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive 3-5 business days after dispatch. We deliver across the UK only.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £2.50, and it’s free on orders over £15. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Email milotrustz1@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened personal care products unless they are faulty. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as you notice, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you.
How do bundles work?
Bundles are sets of products priced lower than buying each item on its own. The saving is shown on each bundle page.
How do I use the buy one get one free offer?
Add two PRIJA Hands and Body Moisturisers to your basket and enter the code SOAVELLA1 at checkout. The offer runs from 2 to 8 November 2026.
